We can support our clients in this process, among others by:
- representation in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings (including composition and remedial proceedings) concerning their contractors,
- analysing the legal and economic situation of the enterprise and drawing up a legal opinion allowing for the assessment of the legitimacy or the need to initiate restructuring proceedings or bankruptcy proceedings, together with an indication of the risk and consequences of initiating (or omitting) the above-mentioned procedures for the operation of the enterprise, executed contracts, planned undertakings and liability of management board members.
