Legal Counsel. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She has been practising as a legal adviser since 1999. Before establishing CNKP, she cooperated with one of the largest law firms in Poland.
She has extensive experience as a litigation attorney in cases in front of common courts, administrative courts, as well as before arbitration court. She is committed to representing the interests of clients also during negotiations, for example regarding the content of commercial contracts or problems arising in connection with their interpretation.
She mainly deals with legal services for commercial law companies, entrepreneurs, as well as housing communities and cooperatives. Usually, these are cases of a civil, economic, commercial or registration nature. She has worked in administration, both local and governmental, owing to which she knows well the administrative procedures, division of competences and the structure of administration.
She also specialises in issues related to broadly understood real estate, debt collection, registration of medical devices or other civil and administrative matters.
Mediator's skills help her in the course of, often difficult, negotiations. She speaks German.
